Beginning of harvest at Seewinkel

As we know in northern Burgenland summer usually starts earlier than in other regions of Austria!

Due to the high summer temperatures over the last two weeks there has been a rapid maturation of winter barley. We started with the threshing of our organic barley and we are looking forward to good output!
